upcoming rumpshaker 5k

That's right, I'm running the Rumpshaker 5k again this year..

This time though, seeing that Bethany's got a baby in the belly, she won't be running. Instead, she'll be photographing and cheering us on. I say "us", because it'll be me and her dad hammering down the streets for the race.
