It's race week, and we're heading out of town. If you haven't been following, it's the week of my triathlon down in Fairhope, Alabama. Not only is it race weekend, but also our beach vacation for the year!
I sprung for a little bit of off time so that we could go down early, enjoy some surf, and be well ready for race time. And boy am I looking forward to it.
Saturday's race will start off with a 600yard swim in the Mobile Bay, followed by a 16.4mi bike ride through Fairhope, and will finish with a 3.1mi swim along the beach. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and it'll turn out to be a great weekend...
So, we'll be back after the weekend with some race photos, some beach photos, and hopefully a cool story or two!
